Dunlevey to Present at NECA Labor Relations Conference
Taft attorney Bob Dunlevey will present at the National Electrical Contractors Association Labor Relations Conference meeting on April 16 in New Orleans. Dunlevey will let employers know what they can expect from Washington and how to effectively cope with the changes. Pensions, paid leaves, minimum wage, overtime exceptions, LGBT rights, pay equity, right-to-work, prevailing wage, harassment and predictable work scheduling are some of the items he will address. Dunlevey is a Board Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law focusing his practice on assisting business owners with employment-related issues. He is a member of the American, Ohio State and Dayton Bar Associations and is an active participant on the Labor and Employment Law Committees of each.
