Dasgupta to Moderate Litigation Panel on Ohio v. EPA
Taft partner Sohan Dasgupta, Ph.D., will moderate a panel discussion on Ohio v. Environmental Protection Agency, to be hosted by the Federalist Society on Jan. 24. The panel also includes Jonathan Brightbill, partner at Winston & Strawn LLP and former Acting Assistant Attorney General of the United States, and Professor Robert Percival of the University of Maryland School of Law. The panelists will discuss the industry and state petitioners’ challenge to the EPA’s reinstatement of a waiver to California.
