Taft Indianapolis attorneys Jayna Cacioppo and Vivek Hadley wrote “Every Man an Expert” for the November issue of For The Defense, the monthly magazine specifically written for and distributed to Defense Research Institute lawyers and in-house defense counsel members. 

Cacioppo is a partner in the Indianapolis office of Taft, where she serves as Chair of the Indianapolis Litigation practice group. Jayna’s practice concentrates in the areas of complex commercial, civil and white-collar criminal litigation, as well as regulatory investigations by state and federal agencies. She has experience in matters involving contracts, intellectual property, securities and public corruption. She routinely advises clients in the cybersecurity, energy, health care, manufacturing, technology and transportation sectors, and specializes in navigating complex litigation and government investigations.

Hadley focuses his practice on litigation and environmental matters. Prior to joining Taft, Vivek clerked for Judge John G. Baker of the Indiana Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Indiana Air & Waste Management Association, Environmental Law Institute, the Sagamore American Inn of Court.
