Taft partner Blake J. Burgan will participate in the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Foundation panel discussion “Challenges Associated with Enforcing Non-Competes,” which will take place on Feb. 13.

Burgan concentrates his practice on employment law and litigation for business and governmental clients. He litigates a wide variety of employment issues in federal and state courts, including employment discrimination, harassment, and wrongful discharge.
