Bilott will speak at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey, Calif., as part of its “2018 Social Justice Speaker Series.” Bilott’s presentation is titled “Scientific, Regulatory, and Legal Challenges to Addressing ‘Emerging’ Drinking Water Contaminants: The Case of Perfluorochemicals.”
