Taft partner Robert Bilott was quoted in the article “’Sufficient Causation’ Not Needed for Claims in DuPont PFOA Case, Federal Judge Rules,” which was published in Bloomberg BNA’s Daily Environment Report on Dec. 22.

Bilott represents thousands of individuals in litigation brought against E.I. Du Pont de Nemours and Company arising from contamination of drinking water supplies in the Mid-Ohio Valley with PFOA (a/k/a “C-8”). In practice since 1990, he is a member of Taft’s Environmental, Litigation, Kentucky, and Product Liability and Personal Injury practice groups.
