Betz Quoted in The Indiana Lawyer Regarding Flexible Work Schedules
Taft attorney Tracy N. Betz was quoted in The Indiana Lawyer article "Lawyers want flexibility in work schedules," which was published on May 3. The article discusses the trend of law firms offering flexible work schedules to help professionals pursue their goals while also raising a family. Taft recently announced a new policy offering 16 weeks of paid parental leave for birth or adoptive parents. The policy applies regardless of gender, marital status or primary versus non-primary caregiver status.
Betz is a partner in Taft's Litigation group and is co-chair of the firm's Gender Advancement Committee. She is a board member for Child Advocates of Marion County and serves on the steering committee for Women4Change Indiana.
