Betz Quoted in Indiana Lawyer Article on Women in Law
Taft attorney Tracy Betz was quoted in the article “ABA president launches initiative to study why women leave law,” which was published by The Indiana Lawyer on Nov. 29. Betz discusses Taft’s Gender Advancement Committee’s analysis of data that uncovered several common misperceptions on why women leave the law and the firm’s efforts to address the issues.
Betz is a partner in Taft’s Litigation practice and the co-chair of the firm’s Gender Advancement Committee. She is a board member for Child Advocates of Marion County and serves on the steering committee for Women4Change Indiana and the board of directors for the Women4Change Leadership Series, Inc.
