Betz Quoted in Indiana Lawyer Article on Women in Firm Leadership
Taft partner Tracy Betz was quoted in the article “Women rising: Firm leader ranks increase in past decade,” which was published by the Indiana Lawyer on Oct. 14. The article discusses women-centered law firm programs and highlights local firms and their efforts to develop women law firm leaders.
Betz is the co-chair of Taft’s Gender Advancement Committee and serves in a leadership role for numerous local organizations, including serving on the boards for Child Advocates, Integrating Women Leaders Foundation, and the Marion County Public Defender Agency. She is a member of Taft’s Litigation practice and provides strategic advice regarding contract disputes, intellectual property, trade secret management, non-compete, and securities issues.
