Taft partner Tracy Betz’s article “Lessons learned on the way to a better workplace” was published by the Indianapolis Business Journal in its Diversity & Inclusion supplement on July 6.

Betz is a partner in Taft’s Litigation practice and the co-chair of the firm’s Gender Advancement Committee. Her primary area of focus is commercial litigation, where she advises clients on issues including contract disputes, intellectual property, trade secret management, non-compete and securities issues. She is a board member for Child Advocates of Marion County, serves on the board of directors for the Women4Change Leadership Series, Inc., is a member of the advisory board of the Indiana Diversity Council, and is a Girl Scout troop leader.
