Arnold Invited to Speak at Deconstructing Deconversion Summit
Kathryn Kovitz Arnold, chair of Taft’s Real Estate and Condominium groups, has been invited to participate as a speaker at Illinois Real Estate Journal’s Fourth Annual Deconstructing Deconversion Summit on Wednesday, Oct. 13.
Arnold will be joined by eight industry professionals. Among the questions they will address are:
- How have legislative changes affected the deconversion process?
- How much longer is deconversion a viable source of CRE revenue?
- Have the past 18 months made for wary investors for rental real estate?
- “City Flight” – here to stay?
The program will be held at Maggiano’s Little Italy, 516 N Clark St. from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. For more information and to register, visit here.
Arnold has played a key role in shaping the landscape of many of Chicago’s most diverse neighborhoods and business communities, through her wide-ranging real estate practice.
