Domain Name Disputes Post-GDPR: Navigating URS, UDRP, ACPA With Reduced Access to Information

Taft Trademark partner Paul McGrady will present the Strafford webinar, “Domain Name Disputes Post-GDPR: Navigating URS, UDRP, ACPA With Reduced Access to Information,” on Nov. 11 at 1 p.m. The panel discussion will guide IP counsel on domain name dispute mechanisms and the impact of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on these mechanisms.

The CLE webinar will examine the domain name dispute process in light of reduced access to information that has been traditionally used. Panelists will also discuss developing and implementing a successful domain name enforcement strategy considering the restraints of the GDPR and the reaction to it by most ICANN registrars.
