Zainab Mousa-Makky

Zainab is a paralegal with a background in ethics & public policy, international relations, and cross-cultural engagement. She supported attorneys in a public defender’s office with case preparation, legal research, and client communications, ensuring the smooth management of high-volume criminal matters.

Zainab’s prior experience includes legal research and administrative support for a law firm in South Africa and serving as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant. Zainab’s career reflects strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to client service.

She earned dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Iowa and received her master’s in paralegal studies at George Washington University. She is proficient in Arabic.
