
Summary
Zach is an associate in Taft’s Cincinnati office and focuses his practice on all aspects of business and finance law.
Prior to joining the firm, Zach was a law clerk for General Electric Aerospace where he worked with supply chain business partners in drafting, interpreting, and amending purchase orders, long-term agreements, and demand letters with numerous global suppliers. He also served as a Senate Session Assistant in the New York State Senate for the office of Senator Joseph A. Griffo.
While earning his J.D., cum laude, from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Zach was an Executive Board member for the Center for Constitutional Democracy and an Associate Editor for the Indiana Journal of Constitutional Design. Additionally, Zach was a member of the Business and Law Society and an associate in the Elmore Entrepreneurship Law Clinic. He holds a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in political science from the University at Albany.
