Yousef R. Chamas

In his practice, Yousef represents financial institutions in connection with commercial loan originations. He has represented commercial banks in middle-market, syndicated, commercial real estate, and sponsor-backed financing transactions across the technology, automotive, entertainment, and renewable energy sectors.

As a law student, Yousef served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Annette J. Berry, Wayne County Third Judicial Circuit of Michigan, was a member of the Business & Corporate Law Society, and a student representative for the Iowa Student Bar Association. He also spent time as a research assistant where he conducted extensive legal research and analysis on corporate and transportation law topics. Yousef earned his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
