Summary

Walter is a paralegal in the Detroit office with more than 10 years of experience in matters related to corporate, banking, public finance, real estate, and civil litigation.

Walter drafts and prepares corporate and LLC formation documents, including articles of organization or dissolution, bylaws, operating agreements, and resolutions, as well as annual reports, foreign registrations, and withdrawals.
