Virginia W. Mohr

As Director of Recruiting and Associate Advancement, Virginia is critical in advising associates and integrating attorneys with their respective offices, practice groups, and client teams. Virginia advises on matters related to associate development and advancement, associate evaluations, staffing assignments, attorney recruitment, talent management, and integration and cross-collaboration across the firm. She also oversees law student recruiting and the summer associate program in Taft’s Chicago office.

Before joining the firm, Virginia served as the Assistant Director, Legal Careers for Northwestern Pritzker School of Law where she advised students regarding various professional and career-related matters. When she was actively practicing law, Virginia advised employers on various aspects of transactional and litigation matters. She earned her J.D. from Duke University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
