Veronica Zermeno

Veronica is a paralegal with extensive experience supporting attorneys, government agencies, and clients in complex legal matters. She has served in key roles with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, where she analyzed congressional inquiries, facilitated stakeholder engagement, and developed comprehensive reports and briefings for senior leadership.

Veronica also brings years of litigation and client support experience from her work as a Spanish Legal Assistant in workers’ compensation and personal injury law, as well as roles in federal law enforcement support as a Spanish Analytic Linguist for multiple agencies, including the DOJ and FBI. She is skilled in legal research, case management, and data analysis, with proficiency in English and Spanish.

Veronica earned her bachelors in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and holds a Paralegal Certificate from George Mason University.
