Trisha focuses her practice on employee benefits and executive compensation matters. With extensive experience in advising employers, plan sponsors, and fiduciaries, Trisha provides strategic counsel on the design, implementation, and compliance of qualified retirement plans, executive compensation arrangements, and health and welfare benefit programs. Her experience includes tax qualified retirement plans (401(k) plans, pension plans, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), etc.), nonqualified deferred compensation plans and arrangements, welfare benefit plans, COBRA, HIPAA, and Affordable Care Act issues. Trisha works closely with clients to simplify complex issues and mitigate risk.
