Summary

Trey concentrates his practice on construction and real estate development and has extensive experience counseling owners, contractors, subcontractors, architects, and developers on all aspects of construction projects and development matters, including contract negotiation, drafting and review, construction liens, real estate development transactions, and zoning and land use.

Trey also represents property owners, managers, and lessees before the Michigan Tax Tribunal and State Tax Commission in property tax appeals for commercial, industrial, residential, and developmental properties. He offers comprehensive property tax forecasting and strategic planning for property owners to help them achieve their investment goals.
