Toni is a paralegal in Taft’s Columbus office supporting the private client practice group.
With over 10 years of experience Toni has drafted wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. To protect beneficiaries’ continued receipt of means-tested public benefits, Toni has written special needs trusts that comply with state and national codes. Toni also has extensive experience with probate matters such as estates, guardianships, and trust administration.
Toni earned her Bachelor of Arts in political science from Kenyon College and a post-baccalaureate certificate in paralegal studies with highest honors from Capital University Law School. She also earned her Ohio State Bar Association Certified Paralegal credential.
