• Multiple acquisition and divestiture transactions for a public company (diversified manufacturer) with enterprise values between $90M – $350M
• Multiple platform acquisitions, add-on acquisitions, and sale transactions for independent sponsor clients
• Multiple acquisition and divestiture transactions for a public company (business services/software) with enterprise values between $5M – $50M

Fund Formation

• Formation of committed funds (equity, mezzanine, and senior debt) with committed capital between $35M and $200M
