Summary

Tania has been a paralegal since 1997. Providing legal support for Taft’s Litigation and Employment and Labor Relations practice groups, Tania is involved in initial submissions, traditional discovery and all aspects of electronic discovery, trial preparation, courtroom support and settlement administration. She has assisted on cases before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District Court, Federal Court of Claims, Ohio Supreme Court, Second District Court of Appeals, Ohio Common Pleas Court, Ohio Court of Claims, American Arbitration Association (including the International Centre for Dispute Resolution), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and numerous state and federal administrative agencies. She earned her paralegal certification from the Ohio State Bar Association.

Prior to joining Taft in 2004, Tania worked for two other firms with a focus on labor and employment litigation, insurance and bad faith defense, medical malpractice defense, workers’ compensation defense, corporate formation, bankruptcy, tax controversy and litigation, real estate (land use and zoning) and construction claims.
