Summary
TaKeysha directs the creation and implementation of strategic marketing and business development initiatives for Taft’s Florida markets as well as the firm’s Bankruptcy group. She is focused on driving growth by strengthening market visibility, deepening client relationships, and identifying new opportunities that support the firm’s expansion.
Prior to joining Taft, TaKeysha served as Chief Marketing Officer for a national brand marketing agency where she led integrated and creative marketing, brand strategy, and sales enablement to engage clients across various industries including healthcare, financial services, retail, and energy. She also previously served as Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer for a Midwest-based law firm where she led firmwide strategy, oversaw department staff, advised attorneys and practice groups on growth opportunities, and supported client development, reputation management, and strategic partnerships.
During her more than 20-year career, TaKeysha has successfully delivered results through strategic growth planning, brand positioning, relationship development, and high-performing team leadership. TaKeysha earned her M.B.A. with a focus on project management from Ashland University and her bachelor’s degree in criminology from The Ohio State University.
