Before beginning his legal career, Tad was a professional athlete. He competed as a cyclist and ski racer for the USA Cycling National Team, the U.S. Ski Team, and Ski Club Vail. After retiring from competition, Tad redirected his drive and focus toward academics and the law.
Tad earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where he served as a legal extern in the university’s athletic compliance office. Prior to law school, he worked as a judicial assistant in the county court for Colorado’s 6th Judicial District, gaining valuable insight into the judicial process and court administration.
