Summer Moukalled

Summer is a transactional attorney and focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, business formation, corporate financings, and general corporate matters. She assists buy-side and sell-side clients in a variety of M&A transactions from preliminary discussions to closing, including due diligence review, negotiation, and drafting of transaction documents.

Summer earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law, where she was a scholarship recipient and member of the International Law Review. She received her bachelor’s degree from James Madison College at Michigan State University with a major in International Relations.
