Steven Marino

Steve is an associate in Taft's Indianapolis office practicing corporate law with a focus on M&A. His experience includes assisting and advising clients regarding mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and organizational documents, contractual obligations, confidentiality agreements, and debt financing.

Prior to joining Taft, Steve was an M&A associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York City.

Steve earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his bachelor's degree, with high distinction, in finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. While in law school, Steve was a Managing Editor for the Indiana Law Journal.
