Stephen T. Ramey

Steve represents financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, including secured and unsecured syndicated and single bank credit agreements, mezzanine lenders, complex real estate development financings, asset-based lending transactions, and acquisition financings.

Prior to private practice, Steve clerked with the Indiana Supreme Court, Indiana Attorney General’s Civil Litigation Division, Indiana Secretary of State’s Securities Division, and Tippecanoe County Superior Court. Before law school, he worked as a registered representative and financial advisor with Charles Schwab and Company.
