Stephen M. Cramarosso

Stephen is a business attorney based in Taft’s Chicago office. He counsels clients on legal matters relating to general corporate law, business operations and mergers and acquisitions.

After earning his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law, Stephen most recently worked at an Illinois law firm where he focused on civil litigation matters including real estate and business disputes and employment law. He also counseled clients on tax matters, corporate structuring and bankruptcy matters. Prior to that, Stephen gained valuable experience in bankruptcy and business law as an attorney at a large bankruptcy firm.
