Stephen G. Darby

Stephen advises clients on matters related to bid protests, including drafting initial and supplemental protests and motions from inception to conclusion at the agency level, the Boards of Contract Appeals, the Government Accountability Office, and the Court of Federal Claims. Stephen also has experience with document review, responding to discovery requests, and drafting motions in civil litigation.

He received his J.D. the George Washington University Law School and his bachelor’s degrees in political science and economics from Auburn University.

Stephen is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia only.
