Stacie Boggess

Stacie is a paralegal in Taft’s Minneapolis office supporting the Private Client group. With over 30 years of experience, Stacie has an extensive background in Private Client matters. She prepares estate planning documents and assists in transferring assets, including real estate documents, financial accounts, and beneficiary designations. Stacie also prepares necessary documents for probate proceedings, guardianship, and conservatorship proceedings.

Additionally, Stacie assists clients through various processes, including setting up accounts, transferring assets, and fulfilling other annual requirements. She has attended care conferences for clients with their guardians or in their place if unavailable. She handles trust administrations of decedents and prepares relevant tax returns. Stacie has worked with accountants and attorneys to determine the allocation of assets and the value of the membership interests of entities. She has prepared real estate documents to assist in the transferring or selling process.

Before joining Taft, Stacie worked at Moss & Barnett, assisting attorneys in the estate planning, probate, and taxation fields, and the real estate and corporate fields.
