Spencer Rojas

As a member of the Energy group, Spencer represents utilities, developers, contractors, and end-use customers nationwide in energy- and construction- related transactions. Before joining Taft, Spencer externed for the Hon. Kate M. Menendez, United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.

Spencer earned his J.D from the University of Minnesota School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in political science from St. Cloud State University. While in law school, Spencer was a member and secretary of the Latinx Law Student’s Association and was a summer associate with Taft for two years.
