Spencer is an attorney in Taft’s Chicago office where he focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Spencer was a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Jeffery P. Hopkins, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
