Shayna Stuart

She received her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in criminal justice at California State University, San Bernardino where she was a Division II student-athlete on the women’s basketball team and served on the executive council of her school’s Student Athlete Advisory Committee. As a player and captain for the Women’s Basketball team, she developed skills, including competitiveness, dedication, time management, and the importance of teamwork, which she utilizes today in her practice of law. As a former NCAA student-athlete, Shayna enjoys staying up to date with the latest developments in Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) issues for student-athletes and advocates for the continued expansion of NIL rights for student-athletes. Whether on the court or in the courtroom, she is a fierce competitor.

In law school, Shayna interned for the Department of Justice’s Federal Bureau of Investigations in Los Angeles as part of an Honors Internship Program. While working with the FBI, she honed her investigative and negotiation skills, which she puts to use to help her clients successfully negotiate their matters.

In her spare time, Shayna enjoys hiking with her dog, going to Disneyland Parks around the world, and giving back to her community. She has also volunteered for the Disabilities Sports Festival and with Habitat for Humanity.
