Shannon is committed to resolving matters as efficiently as possible through negotiation or mediation when appropriate, while remaining fully prepared to take a case to trial when litigation becomes necessary.

Drawing on significant courtroom experience, Shannon has successfully handled high-stakes and complex matters. She combines thoughtful analysis with practical judgment to help clients assess risks, seize opportunities, and make informed decisions throughout the litigation process, treating each client’s matter as if it were her own and making each one feel as though they are her only client.

Outside of her practice, Shannon is an avid endurance athlete who has completed multiple marathons, half-marathons, and Ragnar trail relay races. She also volunteers as a coach with Girls on the Run, a nonprofit organization that combines physical activity with personal development to help young girls build confidence, resilience, and healthy habits. Through her involvement, Shannon has witnessed firsthand the transformative impact that encouragement, mentorship, and community support can have on young lives.

  • Served as second-chair counsel for a medical provider in an arbitration alleging breach of contract and fraud, obtaining a $7.5 million arbitration award in the client’s favor after a one-week panel arbitration before the American Health Lawyers Association Dispute Resolution Service.
