• Served as second-chair trial counsel for a multinational gaming enterprise in a highly publicized three-week jury trial in Nevada state court, obtaining a defense verdict on a fraud claim seeking more than $65 million in damages.
• Drafted a successful motion to dismiss a complaint seeking over $2 billion in damages on behalf of a national law firm in a professional liability dispute alleging tortious interference, fraud, conspiracy, and abuse of process.
• Obtained a defense verdict on behalf of a national gas station and convenience store chain as second-chair trial counsel in a commercial litigation matter alleging breach of contract after a two-day bench trial in Arizona state court.
