Summary
Clients turn to Shannon for clear guidance when facing complex disputes and difficult business challenges. Whether representing an individual or a Fortune 500 company, she focuses on helping clients navigate uncertainty with confidence and a practical path forward.
Shannon is a business litigator who represents clients at every stage of a dispute, from pre-suit negotiations through trial and appeal. Known for her attention to detail and her strategic and pragmatic approach, she works closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop solutions that align with their business and legal needs. Shannon is committed to resolving matters as efficiently as possible through negotiation or mediation when appropriate, while remaining fully prepared to take a case to trial when litigation becomes necessary.
Drawing on significant courtroom experience, Shannon has successfully handled high-stakes and complex matters. She combines thoughtful analysis with practical judgment to help clients assess risks, seize opportunities, and make informed decisions throughout the litigation process, treating each client’s matter as if it were her own and making each one feel as though they are her only client.
Shannon’s interest in law began at an early age as a third grader participating in a mock trial, where she was cast as Goldilocks in a case involving the three bears. The experience sparked a fascination with the legal process and, more importantly, a desire to be actively involved rather than watch from the sidelines. That early curiosity ultimately led her to law school and building a career dedicated to helping clients solve challenging legal problems.
Outside of her practice, Shannon is an avid endurance athlete who has completed multiple marathons, half-marathons, and Ragnar trail relay races. She also volunteers as a coach with Girls on the Run, a nonprofit organization that combines physical activity with personal development to help young girls build confidence, resilience, and healthy habits. Through her involvement, Shannon has witnessed firsthand the transformative impact that encouragement, mentorship, and community support can have on young lives.
Whether in the courtroom, on the track, or serving her community, Shannon brings the same energy, determination, and commitment to helping others achieve their goals.
