Summary
Seth is a partner in the Capital Markets, Investment Funds, and Mergers and Acquisitions practices at Taft. For more than 20 years, Seth’s practice has focused on the areas of fund formation, public securities offerings, private placement securities offerings, federal securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate representation, FINRA registration and blue sky law compliance. He represents public and private companies in high growth industries, including real estate investment trusts (REITs), real estate funds and technology companies.
Seth regularly advises boards of directors, board committees and management in matters ranging from corporate governance issues to structuring and consummating complex corporate transactions, including public and private securities offerings. For companies seeking to enter the public markets, he has guided companies and their boards of directors through the public offering process, on-going reporting requirements and stock exchange requirements, as well as through the business and corporate governance issues encountered by a public company.
Seth is a frequent speaker on topics relating to public and private securities offerings and non-listed REITs.
