Sean Maloy

As Director of Workplace Delivery & Services Strategy Operations, Sean is responsible for end-to-end delivery of the Taft’s workplace strategy, operations and employee experience across the office portfolio. He partners with senior leadership to optimize space design to ensure a secure, compliant workplace that supports attorney and staff productivity throughout the firm. As part of the end-to-end workplace delivery, Sean participates in lease negotiations, develops project budgets and forecasts, oversees design, permitting, construction, vendor coordination, move management, and decommissioning, monitors budget and schedule performance, and periodically reports metrics to senior leadership.

Sean brings extensive experience in workplace strategy, project management, and operations, with a focus on managing capital budgets and vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and implementing processes and performance measures to promote cost efficiency, accountability, and successful project delivery. Throughout his career, Sean has managed complex workplace initiatives and developed strategies to optimize space utilization, enhance productivity, and improve operational efficiency.
