Scott M. Assenmacher

Scott is an associate in Taft’s Commercial Litigation practice. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and dispute resolution for larger companies, family businesses and individuals, and insurance defense. His diverse litigation practice includes every aspect of dispute resolution: negotiations, counseling, pleadings, discovery, substantive motions, trials, and appeals.
