Summary

Sam has significant experience representing clients in complex litigation involving commercial disputes, product liability, personal injury matters, and insurance coverage.

He has appeared in state and federal courts across the country and worked on cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions practice, trial, and appeals.

In addition to his litigation practice, Sam’s expertise includes advising on coverage issues for both first-party and third-party claims under a broad range of policies, including products liability, commercial general liability, cyber, excess, and reinsurance. His expertise also encompasses bad faith matters.

Before joining the firm, Sam practiced at an AmLaw 100 firm and boutique firms, and has favorably resolved hundreds of matters through litigation, negotiation, and mediation. He also has co-authored legal commentary on Georgia’s evolving settlement laws and is a two-time national finalist in moot court competitions.
