Samuel Marticke

Samuel is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice. Samuel has experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of cases in federal and state courts across the country. Prior to joining the firm, Samuel practiced at an Am Law 50 firm in Atlanta

Samuel graduated from the Georgia State University College of Law summa cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he served as legislation editor of the Georgia State University Law Review and as a member of the moot court team. He also worked as a legal extern for Senior U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg and interned for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Northern District of Georgia, where he assisted in prosecuting complex fraud cases.
