Bob is a registered patent attorney with 30 years of experience counseling Fortune 100 and 500 companies on protecting, developing, and commercializing intellectual property.

Due to his previous in-house counsel experience, Bob is able to efficiently and effectively coordinate with and advise C-Suite executives and in-house teams on legal and business-strategy matters such as global intellectual property life-cycle management from scientific, regulatory, and commercial perspectives; negotiation of local and global contractual matters involving high-profile and high-stakes intellectual property matters; and the preparation of C-suite members and legal teams regarding a variety of higher-end regulatory matters involving intellectual property nuances (e.g., intellectual property financing, risk management, corporate acquisitions and mergers, among others).

Bob also regularly prepares and prosecutes domestic and foreign biotechnical, chemical, and pharmaceutical patent applications; conducts intellectual property due diligence programs; and drafts advanced licensing, joint development, and other commercial contracts. Over his many years of service to his clients, he has provided cost-effective budget solutions.
