Robert E. Lewis

Bob is a partner in our Tax practice group. He advises publicly-held and closely-held corporations, as well as partnerships, limited liability companies, and individuals in all aspects of federal, state, and local tax laws. He works closely with diverse clients to provide tax planning advice in the areas of business transactions, securities, litigation, public finance and municipal affairs, bankruptcy and reorganization, estate planning, and real estate. Bob is extensively involved in tax audits, appeals, and litigation at the federal, state, and local levels and works closely with attorneys throughout Taft to provide comprehensive and strategic tax advice.
