Robert E. Hudson

Robert is a business and real estate attorney at Taft. On transactional matters, he focuses on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and lending and finance transactions. As part of the Real Estate practice group, Robert represents corporate, contractor, developer, and lender clients in a variety of matters. 

Earning his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Kentucky College of Law, Robert received CALI Awards for five classes and was a staff editor of the Kentucky Law Journal. He received a B.S., summa cum laude, in accounting and economics from the University of Kentucky.
