Prashant S. Godishala

Prashant is an associate in Taft’s Minneapolis office and deals with a variety of complex business matters. As a former financial analyst, Prashant has experience compiling and analyzing transactional data with a keen eye for detail and brings that same focused attention to his practice.

Prior to law school, Prashant worked as a clinical research specialist for a global medical device company where he managed ongoing clinical study activities at hospitals and clinics.

Prashant earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, and his bachelor’s degree in cellular & molecular biology from the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds an M.B.A from the University of St. Thomas Opus School of Business with graduate certificates in strategic growth, innovation, technology & analytics, omnichannel strategy, and transformational change & organizational development. During law school, Prashant served as an Associate Editor for the University of St. Thomas Law Journal and competed in the Giles Rich Intellectual Property Moot Court competition, where he advanced to the national competition twice and achieved a top-four finish. Prashant also worked as a summer associate with Taft for three years.
