Phillip S. Harding

As Director of IT Collaboration, Phillip manages and designs the firm’s IT collaborative applications to include the email, telephony, audio visual and physical security access control systems. He works in collaboration with leadership to define the operational roadmap and establish priorities. Phillip has more than 27 years’ experience in the IT legal technology field 23 of those years at Taft. He has extensive experience in infrastructure design, IT strategic planning, and development. Phillip was responsible for the firm’s email and telephony system migrations to the cloud. He is a member of the firm’s merger team responsible for key systems integration with merger firms.

Phillip received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Purdue University and his master’s in business administration from Anderson University.
