Patrick L. Lowther

Patrick is a partner in the firm’s Litigation practice. He has significant experience representing clients in a wide variety of complex litigation matters throughout the United States, including product liability and mass tort matters, class actions, general commercial disputes, real estate related matters, insurance related matters, and bankruptcy matters. He has litigated cases in numerous state and federal courts across the country. He also has appellate experience in state and federal court. Patrick has a specialty in acting as national coordinating counsel for clients in mass tort and other significant litigation matters.

He also enjoys representing clients pro bono in a broad range of civil and criminal matters. In addition, he has chaired the firm’s corporate social responsibility initiative and community involvement program.

• Defended companies involved in manufacture, distribution, and sale of e-cig/vape devices in product liability litigation around the country involving explosion of devices/lithium batteries.
• Defended financial services companies in consumer protection litigation around the country involving FCRA, FDUTPA, TILA, and TCPA.
• Represented global tire manufacturing company in connection with defense of multiple lawsuits alleging nuisance and trespass claims.
