Nicolette is an associate in Taft's Tax practice group. She advises corporate clients on complex tax issues, including the tax implications of day-to-day operations and strategic transactions. Nicolette represents clients in the structuring of new businesses, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures, and partnership transactions.
Prior to joining Taft, Nicolette worked at Procter & Gamble as a financial analyst. She also worked in financial planning and analysis at Republic Airways.
Nicolette earned her LL.M. in taxation from Northwestern University and earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati. She received her B.S. in economics from Purdue University. At Northwestern, Nicolette served on the student editorial board of The Tax Lawyer, an ABA-published journal. Nicolette was a summer associate at Taft during law school. In addition, she served as a judicial extern for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Court.
