Nicole Vermillion

Nicole is an Environmental Specialist in the firm’s Environmental group. She performs technical evaluations and risk analyses of environmentally-impacted properties for the firm’s environmental and real estate groups. She serves as a liaison between clients and environmental consultants and provides project oversight. She also conducts environmental research on various state programs to determine requirements and appropriate steps to enter voluntary cleanup and Brownfield programs and to achieve regulatory closure.

Nicole has over 15 years of experience in the environmental field, including serving as a Project Geologist III and team lead for Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, a Geologist at the Georgia Environmental Protection Division, and a GIS Analyst at AGL Resources (now Southern Company Gas).
