Nicole M. Dosamantes

Nicole is a transactional attorney in Taft's Chicago office who focuses her practice on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, gaming law, and cannabis regulatory law.

Nicole earned her J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and her bachelor's degree in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience from Loyola University Chicago. While attending law school, Nicole was a student clinician at Chicago-Kent’s Tax Clinic where she conducted research and drafted documents to the IRS on behalf of clients.
