Summary

Nicole is an attorney in our Private Client practice group. She concentrates her practice in the areas of gift, estate and tax planning, wealth transfer, charitable giving, and trust administration. She works with individuals and families of all estate sizes to help them understand the options available for wealth preservation and wealth transfer, both now and in the future. Ensuring that her clients’ wishes are heard and implemented with forethought and strategy are among her greatest priorities. Nicole partners with attorneys throughout Taft to ensure that all aspects of her clients’ affairs have been considered, from real estate and corporate transfers to mitigating tax consequences. She also guides fiduciaries and beneficiaries through the estate administration process, assisting them with the transfer of assets and overall implementation of the decedent’s estate plan.
